Information We Collect

We collect your name, contact details, billing address, and the pickup and drop-off locations you provide at the time of booking. For airport/station transfers, we may log flight or train details and destination parameters. If you register as a vendor or driver partner, we additionally collect commercial driving licenses, vehicle registration certificates, and permit details, as mandated under Indian transport regulations.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to match you with licensed cab operators, calculate accurate toll fares, and send real-time driver details via SMS/WhatsApp. Aggregated trip history data may be processed to optimize route assignments, manage dynamic fleet pricing, and resolve disputes.

Data Sharing with Operators

To fulfill your journey, your name, contact number, and pickup coordinates are shared with the assigned independent cab operator. Transaction data is shared with authorized payment gateways, and navigation data may be processed via mapping service providers (e.g., Google Maps API). Operators are contractually bound to use this data solely for service fulfillment.

Secure Payment Processing

All online transactions are routed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways such as Razorpay or Cashfree. Ardorsys Technologies does not store or retain sensitive payment credentials (card numbers, CVV, net banking passwords) on its servers.

Cookies & Session Data

Cookies are used to preserve preferences, search queries, and session states, and to keep you signed in between visits. You may disable cookies in your browser, but certain platform features may not function optimally without them.

Data Retention & Legal Compliance

Trip logs, invoices, and passenger profiles are archived to comply with Indian transport regulations, tax audits, and statutory reporting standards. Non-mandatory records may be deleted upon verified account closure requests. Data retention practices comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Passenger Rights

You retain rights under the DPDP Act, 2023 to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data. Requests will be processed within statutory timelines.
