This document is an electronic record published under Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. By accessing or using Booktravelo (https://www.booktravelo.in), mobile applications, or booking channels, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Booktravelo is a commercial brand owned and maintained by Ardorsys Technologies. The Company operates strictly as an online marketplace aggregator, facilitating bookings between passengers and independent third-party transport operators holding valid commercial permits. Ardorsys Technologies does not own, lease, or operate vehicles, nor employ drivers directly. All operational responsibility rests solely with the licensed operators.

Bookings are subject to real-time availability from our operator network. A booking is confirmed only upon issuance of a unique Booking Confirmation ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Booktravelo and its partner operators reserve the right to cancel or reassign bookings due to breakdowns, driver emergencies, safety concerns, or regulatory restrictions. In such cases, a full refund of the advance collected will be processed, representing the maximum liability of Ardorsys Technologies.

Quoted fares cover base package rates but exclude variable charges such as inter-state permits, entry taxes, parking fees, airport surcharges, or night allowances unless explicitly stated. A minimum advance (25%) must be paid via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree) to secure the booking. Remaining balances must be settled with the driver or via the platform before trip commencement. Failure to pay entitles the operator to suspend service and discharge passengers at the nearest safe location.

Free cancellations must be submitted through the platform at least 2 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours, incorrect pickup details, or failure to board within 30 minutes (No-Show) will result in forfeiture of the advance as a convenience fee. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, subject to banking cycles.

Passengers must comply with all Indian transport laws. Carrying narcotics, contraband, firearms, or hazardous materials is prohibited. Any damage, staining, or vandalism caused to vehicles will be billed to the passenger, with possible suspension from the platform and reporting to authorities. Passengers agree to indemnify Ardorsys Technologies against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their conduct or misuse of services.

Transport services are executed by independent operators. Ardorsys Technologies and Booktravelo disclaim liability for injury, property loss, theft, delays, or accidents during journeys. We are not responsible for missed flights/trains due to traffic, weather, or force majeure. In all cases, Ardorsys Technologies’s liability is strictly capped at the INR amount received for the specific Booking ID.

Itineraries are restricted to destinations entered at checkout. Distance is calculated via odometer readings logged at trip start and end. Passenger-requested diversions or extra kilometers beyond package limits will be invoiced based on standard per-kilometer rates.

By using this platform, you consent to collection and processing of personal and location data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian IT Act provisions. Ardorsys Technologies may send operational updates, driver details, invoices, and promotional alerts via SMS, calls, email, or WhatsApp.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable reconciliation or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Failing resolution, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the civil courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Corporate Intermediary Shield

Booktravelo acts solely as an aggregator platform, connecting users with licensed cab operators. All rides are provided, managed, and legally operated by those independent operators under applicable Indian law.
